Idea Trading |
We are pleased to inform you that, from March 1st, 2011, Idea Trading is founded.
Idea Trading is as subsidiary of Idea Software born to optimize commercial activities improving the structure with an expert team in the field and a considerable international experience.
Idea Trading is based in Manno (Lugano-Switzerland) and has a multilingual staff (Italian, English, French, German) created to develop the international market of Idea Software and to provide a better support to the Italian customers also.
Idea Trading is composed of 5 peoples who are managing the technical and commercial services:

Thanks to the automation of the calculation procedures, it is possible to make all the technical product bulletins: this was already obtainable with the software Mare-Cat. The innovation concerns the assignation from some companies of the total management of the catalogues production: from the definition of technical data to the graphic setting of the products; from the paper print-out of bulletins to the analysis of the logos and corporate publications. This new activity has had great success and it will be certainly expanded.

Many important companies, air handling unit constructors, have requested the Eurovent certification combining it with our software for the valuation of the efficiency. With great pride, we can confirm that these companies obtained the certification and the Authority, which issued the certification, praised the technical data elaborated by the program.
This is a gratification not only for us, but also for our clients for what concerns the credibility of the results successfully achieved.

In the download area it is available the ppt presentation of Mare-Sel (Light-Chiller), a commercial selection software. This application includes the calculation of all the equipments that are parts of a company's catalogue. It is even possible to transmit data from MARE-TECH, simplifying the insertion operations and obtaining nearly equal results. It also allows a simple price management and it is able to supply complete and detailed offers.

The gathering of statistical data, concerning the contacts on the website, combined with the positions of the clients, made Idea Software realize the best way to approach to information: DEMO files. As a consequence of clients’ will, Idea Software created a basic version of its programs, with a demonstrative version: it takes only few days, after the request, to transmit the document. It will be possible to customize these files according to specific products.

|
After our evaluations concerning our website, we noticed important datas. First, we noticed an exponential increasing of the visits in our website in the last months. The main datum concerns the origin of our contacts: 32% from Italy, 68% from the rest of the world, with an high diversification of the countries . The “Downloads” follow the trend of the visits. This fact let us think that the liking is as high as the utility of the available means in our website. We will continue to implement the WEB functionality.

Development of the program “Mare-Tech” |
|
It has been created an upgrade of the thermodynamics design software for chillers (Mare-Tech). Apart from the new and eye-catching look, the upgrade allows to implement methods of calculation and the management of all the units: from chillers (all configurations) to roof top and air conditioners. Chinese translation of our website |

Considering the ever growing collaboration with China, Idea Software decided to add a new language in its website: Chinese. These adaptations are necessary, since the increasing contacts and clients that log on the website, the increasing requests and the new acquisitions. Obviously, the new Chinese filial contributed to the increase of the activity; for this reason, it was appropriate to make an involvement in order to help communication.

New software for UV-C emitters |
|
A new software for the calculation of UV-C emitters (germicidal lamps) has been created in collaboration with an important company from Milan that uses an American product. The program, a part from the sizing of the components, allows to effect the calculation both of the energy saving that can be got with the use of these emitters and the time of recover of investments. The installation takes place on the air handling units and, thanks to the characteristics of the product, coils remain clean maintaining the same efficiency.

Idea Software’s Chinese office |
|
On the last April, during the exhibition in Beijing (China), Idea Software entered into an agreement with some correspondents to open an office in Beijing. The new structure will be working thanks to a ever-present staff, able to answer immediately to all the requests coming from the market. The administration of the company will be managed by the Italian offices. The negotiation for some supplies are underway.

First step on AHU |
|
After the agreement stipulated on the last January with a UTA manufacturer, it has been completed the first step of the new software UTA. It is available the module that allows to get the commercial sizing of the ahu, where it is possible to manage the descriptions, the main technical data and it is possible to prepare a complete offer for clients.The program has been created to be linked to further modules that will be developed subsequently for the creation of the part list and of the constructive drawings.

I-Project presentation |

It is available a new version of the selection and configuration software of the plants VRV/VRF.
The main updatings concern the simplification of operations regarding the introduction of the grafic parts of the plant and the improvement of the prints that result complete and detailed in each part.
This package has already two important installations in Italy: HOKKAIDO and MAXA.

Idea software has made an agreement with a company that produces air handling units (AHU), in order to create a new software that allows to deal with the productive details of the system. It will be possible to create a part list and to create always, automatically, constructive drawings to scale, including the details concerning to the sheet metal development. The new program, that will be carried out in this year, will be personalizable with planning's parameters of each builders

|
As it happens since some years, Idea Software considers the possibility to export new products and to create joint-ventures with foreign companies. At the beginning the activity abroad was only occasional, but now it is intensified bringing new contacts and new opportunities. New supplies are made for Lebanon, Russia, Ukraine, China, Switzerland, Turkey and United Kingdom. It seems that the market has appreciated the products and the offered services, and new negotiations are occurring.

All the software packs are reappraised and reconfectioned by the new organization. Even if there is the possibility to customize the product for constructors and producers, Idea Software plans standardized software packs for specific utilizations, especially dedicated to consultants. Therefore, the new documentation is created: it is made by essay and by desktop publishing.

Company's reorganization |
|
Idea Software changed its seat moving from Montalto Dora (TO) to Vische (TO). This change was due to increase our operativity and the organization of the company. Michele Motta acquired all the shares of the company, becoming sole partner. Consequently the company is reinforced: new technician and new sellers complete and enforce the activity carried out until now.
